About

Meet Jessica Carroll

Jessica is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of experience across the tertiary sector and private organisations. She supports adults with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, grief, workplace issues, and health-related challenges such as gut-brain health.

She has a strong interest in gerontology, helping older adults navigate major life transitions—retirement, cognitive or physical changes, chronic illness, disability, and dementia-related behaviours—while also supporting carers.

Jessica’s background includes research in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, HR management, senior leadership in a tertiary residential community, and support for cancer patients and their families. With degrees in psychology and gerontology, and extensive clinical experience, she provides high-quality, evidence-based psychological care tailored to each client.
